Hi there, I'm Shelley Bosworth - your coach, no. 1 cheerleader, and expert on all things mindset and smashing those limiting beliefs holding you back from the results you want to see in your life, job or business.
After 25 years of climbing the corporate ladder, working crazy hours, earning a decent salary and heading for the milestone moment that is the big 4–0, my life changed - unexpectedly, and in a 12-month period. This was 2019.
Losing two of the most important people in my life changed my priorities, and I had to dig deep, work on my mindset and literally, change the trajectory of my life forever!
I started my business with one mission - to help women believe in themselves and stop standing in their own way, limiting their happiness and success.
If there's anything you should know about me, it's that I'm a powerful mix of supportive, empowering and straight-talking - no fluff, no sugarcoating!
