Hi there, I'm Shelley Bosworth - your coach, no. 1 cheerleader, and straight talking expert on all things mindset and smashing those limiting beliefs holding you back from the results you want to see in your life, job or business.
After 25 years of climbing the corporate ladder, working crazy hours, earning a decent salary and heading for the milestone moment that is the big 4–0, my life changed - unexpectedly, and in a 12-month period.
Losing two of the most important people in our life changed mine and my husbands priorities, and I had to dig deep, work on me and my mindset and literally, change the trajectory of my life forever!
I started my business with one mission - to help women believe in themselves and stop standing in their own way, limiting their happiness and success.
Running retreats has been a goal of mine since I started the business and here I am doing exactly that!
