A straight talking Business and Mindset Coach for women who are ready to get out of their own way but need a hand taking that first step. Iā€™m super passionate about helping women in business (their own or someone elseā€™s) discover the power of their mindset and break through their own self-imposed barriers.
Iā€™m wife of Mr B, a sister, auntie, fiercely loyal friend and someone who wants to support as many women as possible to feel confident in themselves and become all they want to be. If you follow me on socials, youā€™ll know that Iā€™m a keen early morning runner, I adore being by the seaside (Mr B and I tied the knot by the beach in Whitstable) and I love to travel and explore new countries and their cuisines (and if thereā€™s wine involved, even better).
